Payment
To secure your reservation through our website, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.
14 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
Festive Season (20 December – 10 January): All reservations are non-refundable, and 100% of the total stay will be charged in case of cancellation.
Group Bookings
For bookings of five (5) villas or more, special rates and specific terms & conditions apply.
